- In-Room Ordering: Guests can order items directly to their room or on behalf of family and friends. This includes celebration packages (birthday, romance), food and beverage services, and wellness kits, all delivered conveniently to their room.
- Events Management: Easily set up one-off or recurring events to sell tickets or capture the number of attendees.
You can set up one or more email notifications to be copied in at the time of booking. Additionally, you can log in and conveniently filter bookings by today, tomorrow, or a specified date range, allowing for efficient planning.
There are two payment options:
- Travel Curious as Merchant of Record: We will take payment when the booking becomes non-refundable. All payments are made to the hotel the following month, minus a small payment processing fee.
- Hotel as Merchant of Record: Travel Curious captures the card details for guarantee purposes, and the hotel can add the booking details to the guest's folio, charging them at checkout. You benefit from Travel Curious securely holding the card details should payment need to be taken for any reason.
Not at all, you can still complete your guest directory without adding concierge details.
